RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your fashion accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help under the following terms :
1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days
of receiving your items.

- Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
2. Return & Refund Conditions
To eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria :
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Hygiene Exception : For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Return Shipping Costs : Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. How to Return Your Item
- Contact us at [customerservice.streetstyle@gmail.com] with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
- Securely pack the item and mail it. Please retain your proof of postage.
4. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (via Stripe).
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to credit back to your card or Google Pay account, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
at [customerservice.streetstyle@gmail.com] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund,
including all shipping costs.
